A second task force, called the Phase II taskforce and co-chaired by Drs. Ken Casavant and Larry James, was formed to make university-wide program prioritization recommendations to the Provost by April 15, 2008. In making its recommendations, the task force will use materials provided by the colleges/units, Institutional Research data (posted in the Phase I section of this website), and input from deans/area administrators, chancellors, the Faculty Senate, and members of the university community who submit comments via this website by April 3, 2008.
The following materials identify the Phase II task force, outline the Phase II process and timeline, and describe the Program Prioritization Forum.
